• Originality and Authenticity: We guarantee the authenticity of our branded Pakistani garments (Bin Hameed, GULLJEE, etc.) and our Bangladeshi handcrafted items as described in the product details.

• Unstitched vs. Stitched Items: Please note carefully whether a product is unstitched (fabric only) or stitched (ready-to-wear) before purchasing. Stitching services are not included unless explicitly stated.

• Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: We will ship to the address provided during checkout. Shipping times and costs will vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.

• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased from Chic Nest passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

4. Returns and Exchanges

• Conditions: Generally, products must be returned unused, unstitched (if applicable), unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Items damaged due to washing or poor handling by the customer will not be accepted.

• Final Sale Items: Sale items, discounted items, or items specified as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
